Predetermined CSV exports, for admins. Answers come straight out of the daemon's database; the report-pipeline files are served as the pipeline last wrote them. Every download is recorded against the admin account that asked for it.
Raters see one group of jobs at a time. When the current group has been evaluated, start the next one: from then on raters only see the new group. Their earlier ratings are kept. Groups 1-4 come from the shortlist in headcount order; every group after that is drawn at random from jobs that have never been shown.
The confidential server redacts new cases with the local model and uploads only the checked, redacted result. It accepts no incoming connections, so this button leaves a request here and the server starts the run when it next checks in. Only numbers come back: how many cases were published, blocked by the leak check, or failed.
